Graduate of University of Wroclaw, former partner of a law firm within Rödl & Partner structures. Agata specializes in commercial and corporate law, M&A projects as well as in MBO and LBO transactions. She advises Polish and foreign companies on starting and running business in Poland. Agata is the author of numerous press publications on corporate law, tax law and intellectual property law. She has been a lecturer at many professional trainings in these fields.
Graduate of University of Silesia, previously cooperating with ING Bank, international law firm SALANS and one of Rödl & Partner group affiliates. Mateusz specializes in civil law, real estate transactions (particularly those involving foreign capital) and management of investment processes. He has considerable experience in litigation, especially for and against foreign companies. Mateusz is the author of many articles and lectures regarding construction law, civil law, international private law and civil procedure.
Graduate of University of Silesia, PhD candidate in the Department of Public Commercial Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of University of Silesia,. Piotr is a member of the Polish Association of Public Procurement Counsellors and served as a listed arbitrator at the Public Procurement Office between 2004 and 2007. He is a highly experienced specialist and practitioner in the field of public procurement law. Piotr prepares and manages proceedings based on the Polish Public Procurement Law Act. He also conducts courses on public procurement law.
Krzysztof gained experience working in the international firm Rödl & Partner in Wroclaw. He specializes in tax advisory services, particularly in the fields of value-added tax, tax optimization (providing optimal tax structures and solutions) and tax advice in real estate acquisition processes. Krzysztof has considerable experience in representing entrepreneurs before tax authorities and administrative courts. He has participated in numerous legal audits regarding evaluation of risks and legal consequences of tax-legal issues.
Graduate of University of Wroclaw (2013), Attorney-at-Law since 2017. Maciej has gained his experience by providing legal services in an individual Attorney-at-Law Law Firm. Since 2015 Maciej has been cooperating with Law-Taxes Law Firm, where his responsibilities include providing legal advice in the fields of contract, labour law, criminal law and administrative law, as well as in the field of civil procedure regulation.
